Maximum two (4) occupants.
Minimum stay of 5 months. Available for long term Rental. The condo includes Wi-Fi connection, 1 One cleaning per week, water and gas.
ELECTRICTY consumption IS PAID BY THE GUEST from arrival to departure.
The facilities have an elevator, parking for one car, shared heated pool, shared outdoor jacuzzi.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or outside the condominium, it applies to all occupants or guests.
No pets.
To reserve a deposit of 50% of the total rent and the rest upon arrival is requested.
Upon arrival, a guarantee deposit of 500.00 USD or its equivalent in pesos at the exchange rate of the day is requested,
which will be reimbursed upon leaving the unit once it has been verified that the entire apartment and its equipment It is complete, in perfect condition and in the same condition as it was delivered.

Available Beach Club Memebership* Access to the club is available by paying membership of: $65. USD monthly that covers two persons.
$50.00 USd per two person for your entire stay, having rented at least 3 months.
Memberships grant the following rights and benefits:
Access to the El Tigre Sports and Racket Club: Due to COVID it must be reserved and can access the Tennis Courts; Due to COVID reasons, the Gym, Spa and Sauna also reserve in advance.
They have access to the Playa Royal beach club by appointment at Tel. 322 226 6745 and it is only a 15-minute walk from the apartment, here you can enjoy the sea, beach with sundecks, pool and snack restaurant; for the moment everyone must bring their towels.
They also have access to the Paradise Village Restaurant.
