Villa Escapar del Frio is a unique Villa that consists of two separate Casa’s that blend traditional and modern lifestyles. The Villa is located just three blocks from the beautiful beaches of Banderas Bay that offers amazing views and sunsets. You’re walking distance from downtown Bucerias and all of its dining and entertainment opportunities. From golf to fishing and water sports there is always something to enjoy under the therapeutic tropical sun!
Casa Sylvia is a traditional Mexican style home with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. All bedrooms are located on the first floor and beautifully appointed. There are two bedrooms with king size beds with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds and all have private patio areas. The second floor offers a spacious open floorplan with a large kitchen that is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. The dining area will seat up to 10-12 people if you’re looking to entertain your family and friends. Windows surround the upper room giving you views of the ocean and the hillsides of beautiful Bucerias. Taking the outside staircase from the second floor you will reach the terrace where you have panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and city. Here you can barbecue or dine alfresco and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets that Bucerias offers.
Welcome to Casa Marilyn with an emphasis on merging indoor and outdoor space. This Casa has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and two with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms on the first floor look out to the courtyard pool with lush plants within a tropical walled garden. The large glass doors open Casa Marilyn to give you direct access to this beautiful outdoor space. The fourth bedroom is up the spiral staircase and has two twin beds. As you continue up the staircase you’ll find the fourth bathroom. Just a few more steps and you have arrived at your private roof top pool, terrace and barbeque. Spend your afternoon enjoying the living spaces, relaxing on the lounge chairs and enjoying the ocean views. Back downstairs the fully equipped kitchen features plenty of workspace on its granite countertops and island. The feeling is casual with your kitchen doors that open to give you direct access to your outdoor eating area and plenty of space to dine around the courtyard pool.
In the evening the Villa is calm and relaxing with the moon and pool lights. Picture yourself sitting back listening to music and enjoying your favorite beverage. Or, sit up on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunset while taking a dip in the pool.
