I moved from the Pacific North-WET to sunny La Cruz in 2009, where my wife Cindy and I began purchasing, renovating, expanding, and improving investment properties. Through this hands-on experience, I became deeply familiar with the realities of negotiating, buying, and enhancing properties in the region.

One of those properties was sold with a solid profit, while two others were combined to create what is now a successful beachfront boutique inn: Villa Amor del Mar.

My background includes many years in construction, development, and project and contract management, along with fluency in Spanish. This combination has allowed me to provide informed, professional guidance to my clients. Being active in the local community, I naturally became a trusted point of reference, especially for expats who had faced real estate challenges due to unprofessional or unregulated practices.

These experiences motivated me to pursue and obtain my professional designation as a Realtor in Mexico. Since 2014, I have successfully represented dozens of buyers and sellers, always with one clear philosophy:
